New cancellation conditions
With more flexible cancellation conditions we guarantee you a carefree holiday.
- Up to 3 months before arrival: free of charge
- 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the booking value
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the booking value
- Less than 1 week before arrival: 100% of the booking value
Travel cancellation protection
If you would like to play it safe, we recommend you to take out the travel insurance of the South Tyrolean cooperative association Hogast. Click here to learn more about this cancellation protection and to directly take out a travel insurance.
Deposit
When booking we ask you for a deposit of 800.00 euros per room. This deposit can be paid via cheque, credit card or bank transfer. Please note that the hotel does not cover possible fees that may apply during payment.
